The enneagram is a system that describes nine distinct personality types ("ennea" is Greek for nine). It has proven to be a surprisingly accessible and useful psychological/spiritual tool that can help us better understand ourselves and others.
The enneagram's roots are ancient,
but it has evolved to fully complement
modern psychological models.
The enneagram is most valuable when you identify your own type, because when you clearly see that (like everyone else) you have identifiable patterns, quirks, strengths and challenges, you begin to feel compassion for the struggles others have with their personalities.
Attending a live interactive class will provide you with valuable insights into your personality tendencies.
Listening to other participants share their unique type perspectives can be eye opening and fascinating!
The Enneagram - Finding your Type
This 3-class session offers a solid introduction to the fundamentals of the enneagram for those who haven't found their type or for those who want to deepen their understanding.
We'll cover the 9 types, the centers of intelligence, lines of connections, and a brief history.
The goal of this 5 or 6-class session is to learn how the enneagram can explain the mysterious behaviors we often observe in our friends, family and co-workers.
It covers basic typing and incorporates instinctual subtypes, triads & interactions
This 2-class session will help you see how two enneagram types interact in
close relationship. It's great for a couple considering moving in together, getting married, or for those just wanting a deeper understanding of each other.
